BlueWing’s Zoe and Quantum Momentum Mentoring’s Maria

In the realm of disability services, BlueWing’s Zoe and Quantum Momentum Mentoring’s Maria exemplify commitment and passion. Recently, Zoe from BlueWing welcomed Maria for an insightful conversation about their journeys, their connection, and their dedication to the disability services industry.

Connection and History

Maria and Zoe met nine years ago at an expo while Maria was working with a disability advocacy service. Their initial engagement sparked a deep connection that has lasted ever since. They bonded over their shared interests, laying the foundation for a meaningful relationship. Maria even worked for Zoe for a while, hiring some of the amazing staff still with BlueWing today.

Maria’s Journey with Quantum Momentum Mentoring

Maria has been running her own company, Quantum Momentum Mentoring, for about four years. After a brief hiatus due to other projects, she is excited to relaunch Quantum to provide vital support for NDIS providers. With 28 years in the community services industry, Maria is passionate about ensuring participants get the most out of their funding while supporting service providers.

Quantum VA Services

Maria’s Quantum VAs (Virtual Assistants) are trained directly by her and other specialists. They offer comprehensive support that extends Maria’s expertise to clients across various sectors. These VAs are not just remote workers; they are integral to the success of the services they support, boasting a strong track record in helping organizations grow.

Mentoring and Coaching

With a background as a counselor and case manager, Maria ventured into Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) to enhance her coaching and mentoring services. Her approach emphasizes purpose-driven business practices, aiding individuals and organizations in finding their direction while maintaining energy and passion.

Support and Collaboration

Maria emphasizes collaboration and support within the industry as essential components of successful service delivery. She believes providers should work together harmoniously since competition can harm participants. Her aim is to restore the energy and purpose that service providers initially had, guiding them through challenges effectively.

Personal Reflections and Inspiration

During their discussion, Maria shared her personal story and motivations behind her work. She stressed the importance of remembering why one started in this industry while maintaining a heart of gold. Zoe echoed these sentiments by sharing her journey from palliative care to incorporating disability services—an evolution driven by personal experiences and a desire to support others.
