You’ll be speaking with a dedicated BlueWing advisor who understands the unique needs of individuals and families seeking disability support. During the call, we will discuss:
1️⃣ Your specific needs and what kind of support you’re looking for
2️⃣ How BlueWing’s services can assist you or your loved one
3️⃣ Whether BlueWing is the right fit for you

Our initial call typically lasts 30 minutes, but we can extend it if needed, especially if multiple family members or caregivers would like to be involved.

No! This call is completely free. It’s an opportunity for us to learn about your needs and see how we can best support you.

Be ready for an open and supportive conversation about your or your loved one’s needs. We may ask questions about:

  • Current challenges and support systems
  • The type of assistance you’re looking for
  • Your goals for living and well-being

Having any relevant documents (NDIS plans, assessments, etc.) on hand can also be helpful but is not required.

After our conversation, you’ll have a clear understanding of what you can and can’t do with your NDIS funding, along with a refined support  plan option tailored to your needs.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake meeting—a dedicated session where we:
✅ Finalize your personalized support plan
✅ Sign the service agreements
✅ Discuss your preferences and goals to ensure the best care

If required, BlueWing will also schedule specific training for our staff to meet your unique support needs, ensuring you receive the highest quality care.

Our first call is about understanding your needs. While we may not cover every detail in one conversation, we will guide you on which BlueWing services may be a good fit and discuss how our services fits into your plan budget.
