Disability Support Worker

Blue Wing Care is currently seeking dedicated staff to support a client with complex care needs in Penrith/Richmond NSW. This rewarding role involves working in the client’s home, providing personalised, high-quality care that promotes dignity and wellbeing.
We are particularly interested in mature candidates with experience in disability support, working with people with complex health care needs, presenting compassion and common sense.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home support aligned with the client’s personal goals and support plan
Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided
Work across a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Apply a proactive, respectful, and positive approach to care
Follow organisational policies and comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
A mature, responsible attitude and excellent common sense
Valid NDIS Worker Clearance and Working with Children Check
Relevant qualification or hands-on experience in disability or complex care (highly regarded)
