Allied Health Assistant - Speech Therapy

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated, casual Allied Health Assistant – Speech Therapy who is wanting to develop their skills in the disability sector. The successful applicant will be working with a growing and strong team of Allied Health professionals and will receive supervision, mentoring and support.
THE ROLE:
· Implement therapy plans for Speech Therapy clients, designed by their treating Speech Therapist
· Plan therapy sessions to work towards clients goals
· Provide feedback to treating Speech Therapist
· Produce case notes following each therapy session completed
· Work with people of all ages and disabilities
· Receive coaching and mentoring from Speech Therapists and our Therapy Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Allied Health Assistance Certificate or working towards Speech Therapy Degree
Driver’s license
Valid NDIS Worker Clearance *
Valid Blue Card *
*Or the ability to attain these cards
